instructions for returning goods bought on communitytee

General Returns

You have the right to return the goods ordered from us within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons.

The items to be returned must be unworn and unwashed. "Unworn and unwashed" means that the items must not show any signs of use and must be in their original condition. If the items have been worn or washed, a refund is not possible.

Please send an email to info@communitytee.com, specifying the reason for the return (optional) and whether you would like a replacement delivery or a refund.

I will send you a return document with the return address via email.

Please check the document for accuracy, print it out, and include it in the package with the goods.

Packaging the Return

Pack the items in a way that they will not get damaged during transport. If possible, use the original packaging or similar protective packaging. Carefully fold the clothing items to avoid unnecessary wrinkles.

Shipping the Return

Send the package to the return address provided in the email.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as you are responsible for the return.

Incorrectly Delivered Items

If you have received an incorrectly delivered item, please send an email with a description and pictures to info@communitytee.com.

Returns for Quality Defects

If you notice a quality defect, please describe it in detail and attach meaningful pictures.

Send this information via email to info@communitytee.com.

After reviewing the defect, we will inform you within 2 weeks whether it is a production-related defect.

For confirmed production-related defects, you have the option of a refund or an exchange of the item.

CommunityTee covers the return shipping costs for eligible defects.

Refund

The refund of the purchase amount will be made within 14 days after receipt and successful inspection of the returned items. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Additional Note

The refund will only be made after a successful inspection of the returned items regarding their condition and any defects.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

Exception for Defects in Custom-Made Goods

Although the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made goods, this exclusion does not apply if the goods have a defect. In this case, you have the right to complain about the defect and, depending on the circumstances, request a repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Please describe the defect in detail and attach meaningful photos when contacting us via email at info@communitytee.com.
